Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for fast-growing startups and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a wide range of roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilise various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for our company's needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and pipeline.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
